1. Your Agreement

By using Velos Internet services, you agree to follow these terms and any policies we provide, including our Privacy Policy. These terms form a legal agreement between you (the customer) and Velos Internet LLC.

2. Service Availability

Velos Internet provides high-speed internet and data services using 4G, LTE, and 5G technology. Service availability and speeds may vary by location, device, network conditions, and signal strength. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

3. Billing & Payments

You agree to pay all charges for services and equipment on time. Charges may include monthly service fees, equipment costs, taxes, and any applicable late fees. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your service.

4. Data Usage

Plans may be subject to fair usage, speed throttling, or network prioritization depending on your selected service. “Unlimited data” refers to usage without overage fees, not unlimited high-speed data.

5. Equipment

Any equipment provided by Velos Internet remains our property unless purchased by the customer. You are responsible for keeping it in good condition. Lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment may result in additional charges.

7. Account Security

8. Termination

Either you or Velos Internet may cancel service at any time. If you cancel before the end of a prepaid billing cycle, no refunds are provided unless required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Velos Internet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services during the past 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted at www.velosinternet.com, and your continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
